  个人简介

秦凯,男,中国矿业大学教授、博导,江苏省煤基温室气体减排与资源化利用重点实验室副主任、遥感与地理信息系副主任。本科毕业于中国地质大学(武汉),博士毕业于中国矿业大学(北京)。曾在德国宇航中心遥感技术研究所访问学习。主持国家自然科学基金等项目。在ERLIEEE TGRSAEAR等期刊发表论文50余篇,获测绘科学与技术奖二等奖1项。
